Out of state patient requests:

Out of state patients are welcome to make appointment requests by e-mailing Dr. Reizer directly at spinedrs@bellsouth.net. Please do not call the office with your request. We see our out of state patients 2x’s per day while they are here. All fees are due at the time of service regardless of insurance coverage. We will provide you with an itemized bill for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. We will respond by e-mail and provide you with instructions and a list of area hotels for your stay
